Policies
Check-in time:
from 3-8pm, if you arrive earlier, please stop in we might have your room already ready!
If you will be arriving later, please let us know in advance.
Check-out time: 11am.
Late Check-out: As we are doing our best to get your room ready for check-in, a
late check-out is available at $25 per started hour after 11am, and must be arranged prior to check-in.
Noise: As we are a small Inn in an older building, we appreciate our guest to being considerate of each other, therefore quiet time is from 10pm until 9am.
Children:
Europa Inn is family friendly. Please inquire for a cot or play pen.
Pets: At Europa Inn we love pets and welcome well behaved pets in our pet friendly units. Please let us know at booking time if you are bringing your pet with you.
Smoking:
For the Safety and Comfort of our guests Europa Inn is a non-smoking establishment. As per New Brunswick law Smoking is NOT
permitted on balconies or the front porch. If we find there has been smoking of any kind (incl. vaping) in a guest room, you will be charged a $200 cleaning fee and your reservation will be terminated immediately.
Wheel Chair:
Due to the historic nature of our building we are not fully wheel chair accessible at this point- please check back later as we are improving our facilities.
Items left behind:
We will gladly ship items when return is requested.
There will be a minimal fee for postage and packaging. After 30 days, items left behind will be donated to Charitable Organizations.
Deposit:
We accept Visa, Master, Interac, Cash, and Travellers Cheque.
A Credit Card Number is required to hold the room.
Cancellation:
Making a reservation at an Inn is quite different than making one at a larger hotel chain. Due to our limited Number of rooms, cancellations affect us significantly. When you reserve a room with us you agree to take financial responsibility for all dates reserved and room charges. We agree to provide lodging and all related services. We must be notified if your reservation is to be changed or cancelled. We will gladly refund your deposit if notified 7 days or more prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 7 days will be charged a one night fee, if we are unable to fill the vacancy. No refunds for 'no shows'.
Reserved rights: Europa Inn is family owned and operated and therefore offers a warm, inviting, and accepting environment to people from all walks of life. We, however, do not permit any conduct considered disrespectful, illegal, or criminal. In such an event the proper authorities would be contacted and bookings will be cancelled. Thank you for your understanding.
